Services Offered by RAVE


RAVE supplies a number of audio-visual services to its member districts. These services are provided at a shared cost to the member districts. This insures that these costs are a fraction of those paid to an outside vendor. In addition RAVE provides an inventory of commonly used parts thereby reducing down time for the repair of equipment. These services include but are not limited to:

  1. Repair of all audio-visual equipment (including video).
  2. Audio-visual price information (specifications, etc.).
  3. Equipment purchase recommendations.
  4. Technical assistance of co-axial cable designs.
  5. Access to film and video library of 2,000 curricula based titles.
  6. Duplication of video-tape (both foreign and domestic format).
  7. Maintenance of audio-visual equipment.
  8. Off air taping of educational programming.
